On Thursday May 20th a representative from the Fish Organization in Downers Grove gave an excellent presentation of the many services FISH provides. And, in addition to learning a great deal about the food pantry collection process, the seniors enjoyed three delicious choices of pizza from Home Run Inn.  

The next Senior Spirit gathering on Thursday, June 27th will feature a presentation by a representative from the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County.  And, an added treat of dessert will be provided.  

Then, on July 15th, a representative from the DuPage Monarch Group will provide information on Monarch butterflies and have an opportunity to tour Lord of Life’s own Monarch Sanctuary Garden.  

Everyone is welcome to attend Senior Spirits.   Gatherings start at noon with presentations beginning at 12:45. Special thanks to Marilynn Sells who works tirelessly to search out great programs for us to enjoy.
